How do I use your course with my state-approved course?
Complete the Queen’s entire class series before doing your state-approved course.
If you’ve already completed your state course, watch all the videos in the package from top to bottom.

What should I do if I failed my exam and need a recommendation?
Consider the Property & Casualty and Life & Health Gold class series, which has a 90% success rate and 34 hours of lessons.
What should I do if my score is below 60%?
Based on your score, consider making an investment in one of the Class Series.
People have passed with our Bronze Series and even the free material on YouTube, but the best way for Melissa to help you would be through her Gold Class Series which has a 90% success rate and 34 hours of lessons. ( Property & Casualty Gold and Life & Health Gold)
Most people pass after watching it no matter how many times they failed before.
If price is of concern, you can also upgrade to Silver or Gold for just the price difference.

I can't remember my account password?
First try the password reset link under the login button on our Login Page. You should get a password reset email to the email address you used when you made your purchase.
If that doesn’t work, email support@insuranceexamqueen.com to request a password reset and we will create and email a new password to you which you can change inside your account.
